Executive Staff
Barb Bello
Barb is our billing and administrative specialist. She is responsible for behind-the-scenes support for our team as well as yours. In addition to being Ty's help-meet, she serves as mom to two strapping young men and grandma to a sweet grandson.
Amy McIntosh
Amy is one of our highly trained Mystery Shopper Callers and Coach. She also does research and sales. Her administrative and acting skills make her one of the best resources at Team @ Work. In addition to working for Team @ Work, Amy is busy raising 3 kids, participating in sports and a drama ministry, and teaching part time.
Larry Pierce
Larry is one of Team @ Work's Coaches. He brings a vast array of experience and expertise to the Team @ Work team as he is the Director of one of our trusted partners, Care Source, Oklahoma. Larry is also the Director of Sponsors for the HME Sales Community. He serves as an adviser to Team @ Work’s Not-for-Profit.
