So how do you prevent that check engine light from coming on in your life and have it impact you mentally, physically, or emotionally?
Here are some Tips to PREVENT the Check Engine Light in these areas.
Mental Check Engine Light Prevention
Make sure you are filling yourself up with good metal thoughts.
You may need to cut back on the News and Social Media
Take a 2 Hour Brake from your cell phone. One Hour after you wake up and One Hour before
you go to bed is a NO CELL ZONE
Find something to read that is personally Motivating to you
If you have someone in your life that builds you up, try and meet with them regularly
Physical Check Engine Light Prevention
Take a nice leisurely walk or bike ride?
Hydration is key to so many things and is a big help for your physical well-being.
Set some physical goals for yourself. Exercise, Diet, etc…
Get plenty of sleep, but not too much.
Emotional Check Engine Light Prevention
All of the above tips work to help your emotional state.
How you start each day can be a huge factor in your emotional attitude throughout the day
If you get breaks and lunch in your day, take them and fuel up with the right energy source
