Team@Work has found a solution to the Keynote address that incorporates high energy and the use of drama to fully engage the audience in a Keynote Experience.
Bootcamp changed behaviors, thought processes, built a team, instilled discipline, and simply made me a better person. Every business I’ve worked with longs for some sort of transformation. There is much to be learned from Bootcamp because it is one of the most difficult tests of endurance for a person, but at the end it creates an elite team. Together we will walk through Five Mileposts of Bootcamp that have Transformational Qualities and learn how to apply them.
The audience will take a journey through Five Mileposts of Bootcamp and begin with on-boarding and see how critical it is to LISTEN to what you are told. We will then arrive at a Bootcamp and discover that when getting off the bus, everyone is the same and that real teamwork is not found in an event, but is learned when your head is shaved.
Lastyly, we will learn that there is much more to bouncing a quarter on the blanket of your cot. The overall organizational values make up the character of the workplace. These can include: integrity, discipline, teamwork, duty and esprit de Corps. The core values and expectations work together to influence workplace synergy. We will conclude with an empowering Salute.
