Leader Coaching
In the past, a good manager was supposed to be a good delegator. Managers would delegate tasks by breaking them down into the smallest parts. The focus was on managing the parts, not on integrating the parts into a whole. Never in their wildest dreams did managers see their role in terms of facilitating a breakthrough in collaboration. That was then. Today, successful organizations are learning to run lean. To do this they must change faster, learn quicker, train better, keep their best people and reach breakthrough goals.
This requires managers who can help people learn powerful lessons in personal change, as well as dramatically improve the way they think and interact.
We need to Coach People and Manage Things. Understanding our leadership and coaching styles will profoundly change the way we interact with each team member. We must also equip ourselves with Coaching tools that encourage, develop, and hold team members accountable.
We do this by developing a leadership coaching style that is uniquely YOU for each unique person you Coach.
Strategic Planning
Strategic planning begins with understanding where our business is today (Here) and where we want it to be (There). But even before a business can implement a Strategic Planning process it must understand he overall Health of the Organization. Once a Forensic Organizational Health Assessment is completed and we have developed our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal), the course of our Strategic Plan can begin.
The Course will take our organization through identifying our Burning Imperatives, Goals and Strategies which then will be communicated throughout the business with clarity and frequency. As this course unfolds we will develop Execution Disciplines that will be monitored and measured consistently. To get There will take time, but there is no better time to Plant that Tree for There then TODAY.

Call a Sales Person what you will: Account Executive, Marketing Representative, Sales Team Member the list goes on. The reality is that Sales Management is no longer the optimum way to bring out the best in your team, Sales Coaching is.
There is significant data available to prove that Sales Coaching actually works. Ten years ago sales managers could barely spell coach. But within the past few years sales representatives have reported being coached as a top priority to them and their success.
Sales Coaching combines understanding each Sales Representative with the development of a clear path to where we need them to be and how to get there. If this sounds like managing, you are right, NOW comes the Coaching. Managers Measure, Coaches measure, verify, and travel with the Sales Rep through the journey. They Come Along Side of each Sales Representative.

All Teams should be lead. But Teams are a complex entity where individual dynamics, roles and responsibilities. Combined with individual and interdepartmental distractions often derail productivity and overall team effectiveness. Effective teams have overcome the typical dysfunctions that cripple other teams.
Team@Work will assess where the team both individually and departmentally stands and how this impacts the organization. Team@Work will customize the CoachShopsm and Coaching Schedule to move the dysfuctioning team into a fully effective and productive team and organization.
Organizational Health
Businesses have not spent nearly enough time on the Health of the organization, rather they have focused attention on how smart their business and teams are. The attention given to standard business practices such as strategy, finance, marketing, and technology are what we learned in school, were taught by our mentor and by far the standard by which our business is measured. But really successful businesses are giving a portion of their time, talent, and treasure to a healthy organization. Discovering that healthy organizations are smart and seem to get smarter nearly exponentially as compared to unhealthy businesses.
We must have a cohesive and dynamic leadership team that clearly communicates who we are, our core values, strategy, our burning imperative, and roles and responsibilities.
How we get there is not a sprint, but a marathon and one that successful and healthy organizations train for every day.
